In collaboration with each client, the training content, templates & vocabulary are bespoke developed to reflect the processes & culture within the organisation and this is further modified after the 1st facilitation sessions.

  • A template for analysing & comparing current CTC and the proposed offer.
  • Notes on best practice for each stage in the interview.
  • Example questions and interpretation.
